At Relay Fitness we hope to relay our knowledge and expertise in fitness and exercise to help clients enjoy and look forward to the next training session. We focus on working the body as a whole unit. You need exercises that work to reshape your body, tone and tighten your muscles, always working at enough intensity to push yourself further to get results.
 
The beauty of personal training with Relay Fitness is that no matter what your goal, whether it be fat loss, cardiovascular fitness, running faster or further, generally feeling fitter, to de-stress, we can guarantee you will feel better after the first session. Our motto is to push our clients further to get results, however, always making sessions fun and varied to keep you at it!
 
We at Relay Fitness find out your goals or what you would like to achieve and plan the exercises to work with you. The training sessions are geared towards your personal goals, they are also flexible to fit in with your lifestyle and time restrictions, we can train with you, in your home, garden, local park.

The equipment we use for workouts include: Core stability ball, skipping ropes, hand weights, flexi bands, medicine balls, mats for relaxation – for some clients the best part of training.
 
The areas we cover are Stockport, Cheadle, Cheadle Hulme, Didsbury, Bramhall, Woodford, Poynton, Hazel Grove in fact anywhere in the South Manchester region. We are available to train you in your home, in the park, Trans Pennine Way in Stockport, these are just a few examples, we can meet you straight from work if required.
