Maybe you're a good swimmer or cyclist and have a dream of completing the growing in popularity, multi sport triathlon, if so, we can advise on a training programme to help you with the third discipline, running.

We run these workshops for any type of runner, someone who maybe wants to start running on a walk/run programme, someone who's been running a while but wants to inject some speed or intermediate runners needing motivation and specific race programmes to follow to get that PB!
