Join in the Start2Run programme 

In 12 weeks time you will be fit enough to run for 30 minutes or run 3 miles comfortably........
 

 
If your goal for Winter 2011 is to start running, we have the PERFECT programme for you. 
 
 You can join in once a week, or if you prefer running with a group you can come along more often. Please email juliefairclough@aol.com or ring 0161 440 7150/07789 511979 if you have any questions or would like to join.
 
The programme is 10-12 weeks long, anyone can join the group, whatever your level.
 
We start at week 1 with a 1 minute jog, then 1 minute walk. We do this for 20 minutes.
 
We will progress each week, at 12 weeks you will be running non-stop for 30 minutes for a distance of 5 kilometres or more. Just imagine that, what an achievement!
 
From thereon, there will be no stopping you. You will have noticed a massive difference in your energy levels, weight loss, motivation, general well being. Your friends will be commenting on how well you look, how you have a certain "glow".
 
Remember, whatever level you are, no matter how fit or unfit, fast or slow, anyone can do it, I guarantee you will enjoy this, it will work...
