If your goal for Summer is to start running, we have the PERFECT programme for you. If you have a target to run comfortably for half an hour or run a 5k in the summer, please read on. There is a run/walk programme to get you running non-stop for 30 minutes in 12 weeks.

The programme is 12 weeks long, anyone can join the group, whatever your level. If there's a group of you for example, mums and you have dropped your children off at school I can meet you there, or work colleagues, I can meet you in your lunch hour at your place of work.
We start at week 1 with a 1 minute jog, then 1 minute walk. We do this for 20 minutes.
We will progress each week, at 12 weeks you will be running non-stop for 30 minutes for a distance of 5 kilometres or more. Just imagine that, what an achievement!
From thereon, there will be no stopping you. You will have noticed a massive difference in your energy levels, weight loss, motivation, general well being. Your friends will be commenting on how well you look, how you have a certain "glow".
Remember, whatever level you are, no matter how fit or unfit, fast or slow, anyone can do it, I guarantee you will enjoy this, it will work...
